Since 1989, Procote has operated as a 100% subsidiary of Yunca Holdings.

As well as undertaking the finishing work for all Yunca products, we offer independent services and products, including finishing of stoves for other manufacturers, production of whiteboards and architectural panels, as well as a range of signage and promotional materials.

 Our Staff

We have a small but dedicated and experienced team with decades of combined experience. Check out a few of our key staff below

  • Neville - Manager

    Left school age 16 to pursue car painting for 15 years, with two of those owning his own business. He started at Procote on April 1, 2000 as a Powder Coater, moving to the Factory Foreman role in 2012 then promoted to Manager in September 2015. Outside of work his interests are fishing, family, and friends, and he’s a great supporter of his two sons in Football, and eight grandkids that keeps him busy.

  • Michelle – Administration

    Dealing with everyday office aspects. A varied background including customer relations, data entry, records clerk and caregiving before moving to Procote to support her husband in February 2016. Outside of work her interests include fishing, family, shopping, diamond art, and she’s also a great supporter of her two sons in football and of course the 8 grandkids.

  • Grant – Enameller

    Has been working at Procote since 2008, responsible for all milling and spraying of varied parts. Grants comes from Fisher and Paykel where he spent 25 years. His interests include a bit of gardening and landscaping, classic and muscle cars, fishing, painting and decorating around the home, family and a bit of restoration.
